Samantha Fuller – Managing Director / Nutritional Therapist

The Wellbeing Project was founded by Samantha Fuller following her success as a Nutritional Therapist advising individuals and organisations in lifestyle and wellbeing improvements. Samantha is a consultant to Nuffield Hospitals, Proactive Corporate Health, YorkTest Intolerance Laboratory and leads the nutritional development of Ella's Kitchen organic baby foods. Samantha's recommendations are always based on the latest scientific research. Accredited by BANT (British Association of Applied Nutritional Therapy) and the NTC (Nutritional Therapy Council), she is also a Member of the NHS directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners. Providing live expert health advice to BBC Radio Berkshire's listeners, Samantha has developed an excellent reputation for clear and realistic advice focusing on the key elements of health and wellbeing.

Experience:

  • Trains local council Health Ambassadors to lead health campaigns within their organisation and local communities

Theresa Coligan

Theresa Coligan

Theresa Coligan comes from a business background having spent 18 years in the advertising industry, 10 of those at board level. She understands the pressures of working in a highly stressful industry as an employee, the challenges of leading and motivating big teams and the commercial pressures of satisfying stakeholders and shareholders.

Over the last 4 years she has run her own Coaching Consultancy as a certified coach, Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and highly skilled facilitator. In that time she has coached hundreds of executives and business owners one-to-one, run numerous workshops and facilitated many brainstorms and strategy days.

Experience:

  • 18 years in the advertising industry working on big blue-chip clients such as British Airways, Halifax and Kingfisher.
  • 10 years as a Board member, the last 3 of those on a FTSE 100 subsidiary – Emap Consumer Magazines.
  • Last role in the industry was as Sales Director at Emap Advertising running a department of 180 people and a budget of £160m.
  • In last 4 years has re-trained as a Coach and NLP Master Practitioner running her own highly successful Coaching Consultancy.
  • Also launched a totally unique weight loss business in 2010 called Thinking Thin focussing on mindset change (now part of The Wellbeing Project).
  • Coaches senior executives in large organisations to build confidence, improve soft skills, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Coaches owner/managers of small and medium-sized businesses giving them an objective sounding-board for strategic developments, personnel issues and their own personal development.
  • Trains and coaches line-managers in organisations to create dream teams – the right people in the right jobs with the right direction and support delivering outstanding results.
  • Runs highly-regarded and innovative training programmes and workshops on subject areas such as NLP, Communication Skills and Confidence-building.
  • Facilitates high-energy strategy days and brainstorms with great passion ensuring clients leave the sessions fired up, clear about their objectives and motivated to achieve the agreed action plans and next steps.

Janet Sherry
Wellbeing Coach

Janet Sherry

Janet holds an Open University Certificate in Health Sciences. Obtaining this qualification involved the study of Human Nutrition, the Science behind Obesity, the relationship between Alcohol and Human Health together with other global health issues.

Janet has helped individuals from a variety of professions to understand the principles that underpin a healthier lifestyle; and has provided practical advice on the kind of changes they should make, how changes should be implemented and ways to balance these with the demands of their business and personal lives.

Janet has an extensive business background as a client relationship manager in risk financing organisations, mainly in the City of London and as a risk manager for global companies.

This background brings an understanding of the pressures inherent in today's complex organisations and how these can compromise the health of valued professionals unless there is management focus on providing employees with information and training that helps them thrive and perform.

While carrying out her professional roles, principally responsible for managing relationships and service delivery, Janet has endeavoured to maintain a work/life balance and healthy lifestyle by understanding the principles of healthy living and applying them, she gains great satisfaction from helping others to achieve the same.
