Testimonial

"Theresa is a fantastic coach. She really knows how to get to the heart of an issue, helps you map your way to a realistic solution and nudges you into action. I know she is passionate about making a real difference to peoples working lives and without her input I'm not sure that I could have survived the biggest recession in modern times and take my organisation to the great place it's in today"

Wellbeing Strategy Development

The Wellbeing Project can help you develop a robust business case for investment in a health & wellbeing strategy, whether it’s a small-scale programme running for one month of the year or a full-scale annual programme with ongoing initiatives and monthly activities.

Either way, there is a 5 stage process we recommend you follow to ensure you maximise your return on investment:

Stage 1 - Identify Need

TWP-Wellbeing Strategy Template

There are a number of ways in which we can identify the business need at the outset of this process. These include using existing statistics and/or employee surveys, creating a bespoke survey and running focus groups.

Stage 2 - Agree Objectives

Specific objectives and KPIs need to be agreed at board level to ensure the progamme has top-level sponsorship. The programme can then be formally measured and ROI can ideally be calculated.

Stage 3 - Design Programme

Once objectives have been agreed, the programme can begin to take shape. Ideally you would create a project team from across the company to design, brand and communicate the programme in line with your objectives.

Stage 4 - Implement

Implementation covers internal communication, the launch and roll-out of the programme. These are all vital elements in securing maximum buy-in and engagement of your staff in the process.

Stage 5 - Evaluate

Ongoing evaluation and feedback are vital to the ongoing success of any programme. This can take the form of informal feedback, focus groups, bespoke surveys or annual surveys. The key is that learnings are assimilated and fed into the process for future years.
